Gluten-Free Sandwiches Tray

Guests looking for gluten-free sandwiches also need a tray of their own on the table. Here come half sandwiches with a variety of spreads: cream cheeses, tuna, eggs and yellow cheese, with vegetables alongside.

The large tray has 20 pieces and the small has 12. The halves are easy to hold, and suit an office event, a birthday, a bar mitzvah or any gathering with at least one guest who asks to skip gluten. That way they get a real sandwich and not just vegetables, and sit at the table like everyone else. You can set it apart from the other trays, with a small sign, so guests looking for it find it right away.

A tray like this is a sign of hosts who thought of everyone. It looks like any other sandwich tray, with the same familiar spreads, so no guest feels they are getting something different. The tray is dairy.

Are the spreads the same as in the other sandwich trays?

The spreads are cream cheeses, tuna, eggs and yellow cheese with vegetables, as in the American Bagel Party Tray. The difference is the base, which is marked gluten-free.

Half sandwiches with an assortment of spreads: cream cheeses / tuna / eggs / yellow cheese, with vegetables. 20 / 12 pcs
