Is every dish Mehadrin kosher?
Yes. All Holy Bagel dishes are prepared in a dairy kitchen, under Badatz Mehadrin kashrut supervised by Rabbi Avraham Rubin.
How do I know which allergens are in a dish?
Each tray's page lists its ingredients. Our kitchen also works with gluten, milk, eggs, sesame and nuts, so if you have an allergy or sensitivity, talk to us before ordering and we will check together what suits you.
What happens on Passover?
Our kitchen is closed during Passover.
Is there a kashrut supervisor at events?
The Badatz supervision covers our entire kitchen. If a supervisor at your event matters to you, let us know at the quote stage. It is possible, but the Badatz will charge for it.
