Terms of Use

Welcome to the Holy Bagel site. The site is operated by S.A.S Cafe and Events Ltd., Company No. 514692763, 251 Golda Meir Blvd, Ramot Mall, Jerusalem (hereinafter: “Holy Bagel”). Using the site and buying through it constitutes agreement to these terms, so it is recommended to read them carefully.

The terms are written in the plural for convenience, and refer to all genders.

General

• The site allows ordering hospitality trays, packages and dairy catering products, as well as requesting a quote for full catering
• Ordering on the site is permitted for those aged 18 and over, who hold a valid credit card and an active email address
• In case of a conflict between the terms and other information on the site, the terms prevail

Kashrut

All Holy Bagel products are dairy, under Badatz Mehadrin kashrut supervised by Rabbi Avraham Rubin.

Products, prices and pictures

• Prices on the site are in shekels and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout
• For products and packages whose price is shown “per guest”, the final price is calculated according to the number of guests selected
• The pictures on the site are for illustration only. There may be slight differences in design, colors and quantities, depending on the season and the availability of raw materials
• Holy Bagel may update prices, products and promotions at any time. The price that applies is the price shown when the order was completed
• In case of an obvious error in a price or description, Holy Bagel may cancel the order and refund the full payment

Placing an order

• The order is received after the details are filled in and the payment is approved. Order confirmation will be sent to you by email
• You must order at least 48 hours before the delivery date
• Some products and packages have a minimum quantity, shown on the product page
• Full catering orders are coordinated personally, and their price is set in a separate quote
• It is your responsibility to make sure the details you provided, including the address, phone and date, are correct and complete

Payment

Payment is made by credit card and the payment methods shown at checkout, through a secure payment processing system. A tax invoice/receipt will be sent by email after payment.

Deliveries, pickup and cancellations

We deliver to most parts of the country. You choose the delivery time at checkout, and the delivery arrives within 50 minutes either side of it. An order can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before the delivery date. Cancelling the day before delivery is charged at 50% of the order, and cancelling on the delivery day at 100%.

Allergens

The dishes may contain or come into contact with gluten, milk, eggs, sesame, nuts and other allergens. If you have a sensitivity, please contact us before ordering. The responsibility to check suitability for sensitivities lies with the customer.

Storage and serving

The trays arrive ready to serve. Products that require refrigeration must be kept in the refrigerator until serving, and hot dishes served according to the instructions that will be attached. Holy Bagel is not responsible for the quality of the food if it was not kept according to the instructions.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including the name Holy Bagel, the logo, the texts, the pictures and the design, belongs to Holy Bagel. Do not copy, distribute or use them without written permission.

Liability

Holy Bagel makes an effort for the information on the site to be accurate and for the site to operate without faults, but is not responsible for technical faults beyond its control. Holy Bagel’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.

Privacy

The use of the information you provide is detailed in the Privacy Policy. We undertake not to pass the customer’s credit card details to any third party.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Israel apply to these terms, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Jerusalem.
