What's included in the package
Quantities are matched to the number of guests you ordered for. This shows the variety of dishes in the package, not one tray of each: the quantity of every dish is set in proportion to the number of guests.
A dish with a "Swap" button can be replaced with another of the same kind. The price per guest stays the same.

About the package
For a big event where you want a truly full table, this is the widest menu in the series: twenty trays, for an event of 60 guests or more. It includes everything in the Classic Menu and adds two fish dishes.
The base is cold platters: a vegetable tray, a Spreads Platter, Bagels, a Cold Antipasti Tray, a Designer Hard Cheese Tray and a Sabich Combination. Then come four ready-to-serve salads and three hot dishes, which in the starting lineup are Italian Lasagna, Cheese-Filled Ravioli and Penne / Fettuccine Pasta. The fish dishes are the Lox Tray and the Whole Salmon Fillet Tray. Every salad, every hot dish and every fish dish can be swapped with one click. For dessert there is a Mixed Desserts Tray, and besides the food you get cold drinks in 1.5 liter bottles, a hot drinks set for each guest, quality disposable tableware and fabric tablecloths.
The salmon in the center of the table gives the event a festive look, and everything else makes sure no guest stays hungry.

The starting lineup includes the Lox Tray and the Whole Salmon Fillet Tray. The fish dishes can be set as hot or cold, your choice, and each one can be swapped with one click on the site.
