Yeast Pastry Mix Tray

Chocolate croissant, cheese pastries, rugelach and cinnamon rolls: four small yeast pastries you know from every good bakery, arranged together on one tray. A tray that suits morning coffee and afternoon coffee equally.

The large tray has 40 pieces and the small has 20. The pastries are small, eaten by hand in two or three bites, and suit office morning meetings, a bris, a kiddush, a family visit or the end of an evening with a cup of tea. The tray is dairy. At a large event you can order two trays and spread them among the tables, so nobody has to get up and look.

Yeast pastries are every host's safe choice. Almost everyone likes at least one of them, they need no plates or forks, and the mix of chocolate, cheese and cinnamon gives enough variety for every guest to find their pastry. Place the tray near the hot drinks corner, and it does its job.

What should I serve the yeast pastries with?
