Mini Village Ciabattas

Assorted antipasti vegetables, feta cheese and pesto, inside a small ciabatta. It is a sandwich that recalls a lunch in Italy, savory, green and colorful, but in a size that suits a hospitality tray.

The large tray has 20 ciabattas and the small has 12. The sandwiches arrive filled and ready, and are eaten by hand in a few bites. They suit a lunch event at the office, a client meeting, an adult birthday party and any table where guests are looking for something beyond a simple spread. One tray is enough for a small meeting, and at a large event it is worth combining it with additional sandwich trays so every guest has a choice.

Next to the lighter refreshment trays, the Village Ciabattas give a sense of real food and not just refreshments. The antipasti adds color, the feta adds saltiness, and the pesto ties everything into one flavor. The tray is dairy, and it is worth placing where guests pass first, because it draws the eye from far away.

What should I combine Mini Village Ciabattas with?

The ciabattas go well with the Sourdough Bruschetta Cocktail and Bite-Size Rolls from the same menu. All three come in 20 or 12 pieces per tray.
