Rich Cream / Mousse Cake

A rich cream cake, round and ready to cut, available in a selection of flavors. It is the cake you place in the center of the table when there is a reason to celebrate: a birthday, an engagement, the end of the year, or simply a family gathering that deserves a real dessert.

There are two sizes. The 24 cm cake is cut into about 14 pieces, and there is also a smaller 20 cm cake for modest hosting. Serve on small plates with forks, after the meal or beside coffee, and you can combine it in a dessert table next to the profiterole and petit four trays. If the event is large, you can order several cakes in different flavors and let guests choose, or combine a cream cake with a cheesecake from the same menu. That gives the dessert table both height and variety, and every guest finds their slice.
