Quantities are matched to the number of guests you ordered for. This shows the variety of dishes in the package, not one tray of each: the quantity of every dish is set in proportion to the number of guests.
A dish with a "Swap" button can be replaced with another of the same kind. The price per guest stays the same.

About the package
When you are planning an event for 60 guests or more, it helps to start from a menu that is already built from start to finish. The Classic Menu opens with cold platters: a vegetable tray, a Spreads Platter, Bagels, a Cold Antipasti Tray, a Designer Hard Cheese Tray and a Sabich Combination. Next come four ready-to-serve salads and three hot dishes, and it closes with a Mixed Desserts Tray.
The starting lineup includes Greek Salad, Lettuce and Fruit Salad, Cabbage Salad with Cranberries and Caesar Salad, alongside Italian Lasagna, Cheese-Filled Ravioli and a Penne / Fettuccine Pasta Tray. Every salad and every hot dish can be swapped with one click, so the menu is tailored to your family's taste without starting from scratch. The package also includes cold drinks in 1.5 liter bottles, a hot drinks set for each guest, a quality disposable tableware set and fabric tablecloths.
Eighteen trays on the table give guests both a cold nibble and a hot, filling meal, and everyone finds something they like.
Can I change the hot dishes in the menu?
Yes. The three hot dishes and the four salads are a starting lineup, and each one can be swapped with one click on the site. The cold platters, the desserts tray and the drinks are fixed in the package.
