Description
Five spreads on one divided platter: basil pesto, sun-dried tomato spread, avocado spread, olive tapenade and tahini. The platter is marked pareve and recommended for up to 12 guests.
Each spread has a completely different flavor, from the fresh green of the pesto to the saltiness of the olive tapenade. Spread them on a bagel, dip vegetables, or add a spoonful to a plate next to a salad. Each compartment stands on its own, and anyone who wants to combine two in one bite can do that.
The platter solves a dilemma many hosts know: how to take care of vegan guests, or of those who do not eat dairy, without preparing something separate for them. It sits on the table next to the other trays, and all guests enjoy it equally, including those who eat everything.
