Designer Hard Cheese Tray

Four cheeses every Israeli knows, arranged on one designed tray: tzfatit, Bulgarian, mozzarella and yellow cheese. This is the tray that gives a dairy table its center.

Each cheese brings a different taste, and together they cover everyone sitting around the table, from the kids who love yellow cheese to someone looking for something salty like Bulgarian. Set bagels, sliced vegetables and spreads next to it, and you have a complete breakfast table. Guests build a sandwich, add a slice of tomato or eat the cheese just as it is.

The tray is included in all three events menus, and that says a lot: it is familiar, it looks good on the table, and it is easy to love. It suits a brit, a bar mitzvah, a company event or a family gathering at home. Which cheeses are on the tray?

Tzfatit, Bulgarian, mozzarella and yellow cheese. If you want cheese alongside tomatoes, you can also choose the Caprese Tray, with mozzarella, Bulgarian cheese and tomatoes with za'atar.
