Tortilla Sushi Tray, Salmon

Teriyaki salmon inside a tortilla, rolled and cut into bite-size pieces. Alongside the salmon there are vegetables or antipasti, and each piece arrives ready to eat straight from the tray, with no cutlery and no prep.

There are two sizes: a large tray of 65 pieces and a small tray of 35. The tray is marked pareve, and fits easily on a table that already has cheeses and pastries. It suits a brit, sheva brachot, a business event and a birthday party for adults who like flavors a bit more interesting than a regular sandwich. When you set it next to the assorted tortilla tray, you get a refreshments corner that is uniform in look and different in taste.

What makes it a good choice for the table? It looks festive with no effort, it is easy to hold in the hand, and the sweet flavor of the teriyaki adds a point of interest among the more familiar trays. Anyone planning a table with several kinds of refreshments will find that this tray adds a fish dish without requiring plates or special serving.

Is the Tortilla Sushi Tray, Salmon pareve?
