Goat Cheese Bites

Anyone who loves goat cheese will find this tray quickly. Mini rolls are spread with cream cheese and a sun-dried tomato spread, and topped with goat cheese, antipasti onion and Chinese-style pecans. Each bite combines salty, tangy and crunchy in the same small unit.

The large tray holds 20 rolls and the small one 12. These are refreshments that suit a women's evening, a company event, an engagement party or any hosting where you want to serve something more elaborate than a regular sandwich. The rolls arrive ready, are eaten by hand and need nothing but a napkin. The tray is dairy. You can order it as a single tray for a small gathering, or as an addition that varies a large table.

On the table, Goat Cheese Bites adds color and interest. The sun-dried tomatoes and onion give a festive look, and it gives guests looking for more refined flavors a reason to stop at the tray. When you set it next to trays of familiar spreads, it becomes the point where the table stops being predictable.

What is the difference between Goat Cheese Bites and Bite-Size Rolls?
