Bite-Size Rolls

Small finger rolls filled with different hard cheeses, spread with olive tapenade or sun-dried tomato spread. It looks like a simple tray, but each roll brings cheese and a savory spread together in one bite.

There is a large tray of 20 rolls and a small tray of 12. The rolls are easy to eat standing, so they suit a reception before a ceremony, an office event, a conference, a parents' evening or a family gathering in the living room. There is nothing to cut or assemble: put the tray down and it is ready. One tray is enough for small hosting, and two trays make a fuller table when you add salads and pastries.
