Tortilla Sushi Tray, Assorted

Small pieces of rolled tortilla, cut like sushi rolls, that disappear from the tray at a surprising pace. Each piece is filled with one of the spreads: cream cheeses, tuna or eggs, alongside vegetables or antipasti. The result is a colorful tray with something for every taste.

The large tray holds 65 pieces and the small one 35. The large one suits a bar mitzvah, a company event, a class party or any gathering where you want refreshments you can hold in one hand, and the small one suits a family gathering or a team meeting at the office. No cutlery is needed and hardly a plate: you eat in one bite and go back to the conversation. Anyone planning a big table can place two trays at different ends, so guests do not crowd around a single point.

On a hosting table, the advantage of the tortilla is order. The pieces are uniform and easy to take, and each guest takes exactly as much as they want. The tray is dairy, since some of the spreads are cream cheeses.
