Cheese-Filled Ravioli

Cheese-filled ravioli, and you choose the sauce: mushroom cream, pesto cream, rosé or pomodoro. The same dish can be rich and creamy or light and tomatoey, depending on what suits the event and the guests.

The tray is dairy and comes in a large or small size. When you order two trays you can vary them and choose a different sauce for each, so the table has two different pasta dishes from the same base. Serve with a serving spoon, straight from the tray, and place it next to fresh salads or a vegetable tray from the same menu. For a small event, or when there are several other hot dishes, the small tray will be enough.

Cheese ravioli is an easy dish to love: children eat it happily, and adults find in it a filling main dish. It suits a family celebration, a work lunch and an evening of hosting at home. Its big advantage for hosting is that the choice of sauce lets you match it exactly to the rest of the menu.

Which sauce should I choose?

There are four options: mushroom cream, pesto cream, rosé or pomodoro. When you order more than one tray you can choose a different sauce for each tray.
