Lettuce, seasonal vegetables, mushrooms and grated feta on top: the Greek Salad is a fresh green salad that suits almost any table.
The grated feta is scattered over the whole salad, so every spoonful has a little cheese. Serve it next to hot dishes like lasagna or pasta, or next to cheese trays and bagels on a breakfast table. The vegetables change with the season, so the salad stays fresh all year round. If you serve it at a buffet, you can place it next to the bagels, so guests add some to their plate.
It comes in two sizes, large and small, and it is dairy because of the feta.
